I am trying to evaluate the DCA filter from Frame Technologies for use
at our site.  Unfortunately, I can't get Microsoft Word 4.0 (on an IBM
clone AT) to output in DCA format (it hangs my AT very reliably) and
Microsoft's help line has been *extremely* unhelpful.  Has anyone out
there tried to do this?  If so, I would appreciate any help you could
send me via e-mail (especially any hints on how to keep it from
hanging my AT).
