Version 7.0 of XBBS is now online for downloading. This updated version 
contains the following enhancements:
 
1) The message base has been modified to allow up to 99 lines per message
   instead of only 20 lines as before. 
 
2) Instead of only one questionnaire, up to 99 different questionnaires can
   be allowed.
 
3) Other minor improvements within the code as requested by users.
