I've started to occasionally get the following tape error msg:
	ct cmd error(1,60)
at the start of a tar to tape (xenix 286 2.2.1 w/ wangtek tape, mostly
new 3M tapes, occasionally a DEI).  The tar seems to complete ok.  What
does this mean?  I also need to clean the head often (after filling a
tape several times or so).  This seems odd.  Anyone else have any
experience with this setup?
