This doesn't work on X11R2 at least on a Sun cgfour. Am I doing something wrong, or is this expected? First, BlackPixel/WhitePixel aren't guaranteed to be 0/1 (or 1/0) on any particular X11 server. Second, a server is not required to make these default colormap entries writable.
