I'd now like to optimise the colour handling. I'm primarily interested in getting text output up to a reasonable speed. If anyone can offer me some pointers beyond those in the porting guides I'd be most gratefull. If anyone can actually offer a version of cfb that has all the special casing in it that mfb has I'd be sing there praises all round London! Maybe even the UK!
