Is Tek mode under X11R1 (with all standard patches) xterm supposed
to work?  A user here reports the following problem:

              Ever since the RTs were updated, I have not been able to
              get TEK windows to work.

              I can set up the window in the MODES menu
              (using the CTRL and SHIFT keys and pressing both mouse
              keys).
              However, nothing appears in that window.
              Commands I type in the TEK window do get executed --
              the output just does not get written to the screen.
