The voting period has ended.  The final vote is 165 to 2.  The two
people actually sent yes votes.  One of them required that I include
X10 sources.  The other required that I not carry X10 sources.  
I will probably carry X10 sources at least for some period of time,
but I don't wish to be constrained.  The main purpose of the group
will be to distribute X11 sources.  For more details see my article
