Decuac has been one sick puppy.  On top of that the primary system manager
(decuac!roj) was out of town and his backup (moi) was called away unexpectedly
for a week.  

Sorry about the outage.  News has been missed.  You may get duplicate mail
messages. in some cases.

Things are up and running now...
