I know somewhere out there in netland someone has gotten NETNEWS to run
under the Altos 2086. I know it is probably not a difficult configuration
but I DON'T have as much time to spend on it as I would like so maybe 
someone could save me a bit of work and help me out with the 
localize.sh script?
