Mail to Rahul of the programs bounced. So, they aren't posted, I don't know why; this major backbone site should have the correct routing on posting, but Rahul mustn't have gotten them (can you confirm this, Rahul?) The current version is 3.10; it's available from ftp on Simtel20 (Someone should probably post it after getting it there) and from Compuserve somewhere probably since the author uses it.
