Go to the "Modify System Parameters & Security" screen (called 'parmnt',
just type that at the SELECTION: prompt).  On this screen is a SYSTEM
HEADING field that can be modified.  Change it from "Accell Release 1.2" to
"Accell Release 1.3", or whatever you would like it to say.
