I have a guest account on BIX for vendor support.

I have been compiling all the articles into a long message for the BYTE
people end of BIX.

Without your permission, I am going to submit all these gems to them; I 
think it will *very* useful for them to read it.  They might not read it,
but at least they will have it.

Of course, the stuff I am sending to BIX has *all* headers and names
removed, since I did not obtain anyone's permission beforehand.

I will *try* to get any responses and repost them here.  If you are one
of the many RIP BYTE news article writers, email me if-and-only-if
you do not mind it being either (a) referenced or (b) used to establish
contact with you.
