The story : I set up a DV: disk with 100kW on a 1Mb-11/23 machine. Worked really good -- as a private disk. Then I changed its status to public and as I copied a file from DV: to another public (or private) disk, the system crashed. The Monitor patches for getting rid of the problem with FIP public disk handling are installed on the crashing monitor. Any ideas ? Thanx a lot in advance. alderaan. -- alderaan OP RKOpdp (RSTS/E) FB Mathematik/Informatik RKO Berlin Dieffenbachstrasze 60-61 1000 Berlin 61
