DEC are wanting to charge us 10% of list price for maintenance of our
 DECserver200's. At 200+ pounds/dollars per year this seems excessive
 for equipment of this type. We have about 20 DECserver200's which would
 cost us 4000+ pounds/dollars per year. In the year's warranty for those
 20 terminal servers we have not recorded a single fault.
Either somebody at DEC has got the figures wildly wrong or we forget about
 maintenance : we could buy a couple of extra servers per year for the price
 of maintenance!
What have others experienced re maintenance of DECserver200's ?
