Hi,

I am looking for a program in the DECUS library called CLOC.  CLOC
is a program that examines natural language text.  I am needing
such a program and would like to get a copy of CLOC.  BITNET VMSDUMP
format is preferable, but FTP or UUENCODE will work, too.
