That is true.

No, although some people seem to be working on it.  Some preliminary
patches have been posted to the cmu tcp/ip bboard.  It's 
cmu-tek-tcp@cs.cmu.edu.  Use cmu-tek-tcp-request@cs.cmu.edu to sign
up on it.

Tortise and hare.  CMU is ok for small systems (microvaxen), but if you're
going to be doing a lot of TCP/IP, it's worth the money to get WIN/TCP
or SRI's Multinet product.
