Since I've seen some discussion about the EVE_EDT editor with rectangular cut
and paste, I'll thow this question out.  Has anyone else tried to do a 
rectangular cut and paste with the screen shifted over?  I tried this a while
back, and it seems to be using screen positions, not the actual columnmn
positions.  I don't know TPU, so I didn't try tracking it down,
else might be interested.
