I know this has been posting dozens of times before, but I can't find
any old pointers:

Does anyone have a VMS tar reader that I can FTP?  I am trying to
unpack the various GNU sources.  On a related note, the emacs 
distribution has been compressed on unix (edistxxx.tar.Z).  Is
there a VMS decompression package that will deal with this file?
I have the LZDCM program, but that seems to be something else
(it reads .*_LZW files).

Please don't post replies to the world.  I'm sure people are tired
of seeing these requests.
