Hi,

   I recently got the Bulletin program from the Spring 1987 DECUS tape.
(In [VAX87A.BBS]) It didn't come with any really comprehensive documentation.
Does anyone know if there is a manual for it?

   Also, I've had problems with it. It compiled fine, and seems to run okay.
But when I create a folder with CREATE GAMES (for examples), I can't ever
ADD to that folder. It says it can't find the file. When I specify the full
file name, BULLETIN$:GAMES.BULLFILE, I can add to it. That doesn't sound
right.

  Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
