A couple of months ago I posted some source code for a pseudo-driver
for PCIP that allows pcip to run on a packet driver.

Brad Clements of Clarkson isolated a bug in the original posting and I
have incorporated his corrections into the distribution.

If anyone would like an updated distribution, or, if you already have it
and just want the one revised module, please drop me a note.
