Wanted -
  Program that implements a boolean logic reduction algorithm (e.g. Quine -
McCluskey) for Unix System V (3B1, 3B2, or 3B15), or MSDOS machines.
I am teaching a course in the Design of Digital Circuits this Fall and
would like to give the students access to such a design tool.

  Our monetary resources are limited.  The program must be Public Domain, or
available at a "reduced" cost.
