Just execute the startup-sequence from CLI. I like to put Sidewinder in ram: and run it from there -- no disk accesses between levels. Also, if you have any fast RAM, run FastMemFirst before running the game. You will get a noticeable boost in speed. As for Marble Madness, Marauder will remove the copy-protection.
