Once it happens, the best you can do is let people know what is going on and ensure it doesn't happen again. With the 4.0 product, we missed the ship date by 7 days (due to printer delays) and only had an advertisement out the month ahead. 3.10 was handled similarly. The basic philosophy I have followed with the product is that 'you can only program with what is on the shelf'.
