	I haven't seen this discussed before, but haven't been looking either,
BUT I just had the need to use the CmpTime() function and believe that it's
arguments are backwards from it's description, (or the result is backward ;-))
Has anyone else noticed this?

	My only other guess is that the Manx library routines format the args
into the wrong regs...
