Lines: 16 I used to have problems with printers until a repairperson told me once that the sensors will not-operate correctly if a little bit of dust gets on them (ergo detect jams that aren't there). In liu of a full cleaning (which should be done peridically) I used to just blow into the mechanism and that cleared up the problems.
