Looking in the "Toshiba MOS Memory Products Databook" released March 1988,
I find no reference to a 411000 series product.  There are 8 different
51100x products.  There are also some 41000 MODULES all of which are made
up of 4 1Megabit SOJ packages and are arranged as 1Meg x 4bits, the differences
between them being access mode.  The 41000's appear to be made out of 4
51100x products.

BTW, SOJ stands for "Small Outline J lead", it is a package type.
