	Many thanks to the two guys (Ralf Brown & Kenneth Herron) who
replied and helped me out.  What it turned out to be is that either the
port or the keyboard could not accept data that fast.  Putting in a simple
delay loop fixed everything.  Since the resulting program is very small (19
bytes - program, 2176 bytes -assembly source, 1006 bytes - compressed) and
might be useful to others on the net, I am sending it to
comp.binaries.ibm.pc.  Please remember that this program only works on an
AT class computer or above.  Thanks again guys!
