That presented me with a problem: find another text editor that is about as easy to use as Edit is, about the level of power that Edit is... this actually isn't all that easy a task! So I called Consulair, and they offered to sell Edit to me (or rather, my collegue who's thinking about using it on 20 Macs) as a stand-alone product rather than part of the Consulair Development package, which is what it normally comes in. So, ifya want to use Edit but you don't own their development system, give 'em a call! They seem willing to make deals.
