Has anyone else seen this problem?  I have a FullWrite outline, and when
I try to change it by dragging an item to a different position (at the
same level) the wristwatch cursor comes up and spins forever until I use
Macsbug to escape to the Finder.

I'm running on a 5MB Mac II with System 6.0, and I get the same effect
with or without MultiFinder.
