I was wondering if anyone has used the Time Manager much, and what sort
of millisecond timing was conceivibly possible. I need to be able to
get a subjects response (via mouse or key). The tickcount is not
precise enough for our application. I have tried using the VIA chip
(timer 1 & 2) but have not successfully accomplished this. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I am running out of ideas.
