Kurt, I think it's safe to say that Hello will *never* run on a p4200.
I don't think anyone, even Dave Mills would encourage widespread
implementation of Hello.  On the other hand, the IETF Open Interior
Gateway Protocol task force is coming along pretty well on its
protocol specification, and Proteon is quite involved in that effort.
