We are using the dvips driver from ArborTex to print DVI files created
by TeX to a DEC LPS40 postscript laser printer.  This is on a VAX/VMS
machine.  There seems to be no help file online for dvips, that we
could incorporate into our VMS Help system.  Has anyone written help
files that they would be willing to share with us???
