So with addbib I generated foo.ref a (%A,%D etc format) file with all the articles I wnat to refer to in my article. What I want: simple way to refer to the references in the text of what i'm writing AND way to print references at end of article. Roffbib comes close, but I can't figure out how to interrupt it to get nroff INPUT i could use with .RF macros. I assume this is a standard problem and can either be fixed with a macro and/or a better understanding of refer. All contributions gratefully accepted. P.S. And oh by the way how do YOU do indexes? e-mail responses OK if net requests, I'll post responses thanks -- ------------------------.signature-------------------------------- These opinions are solely mine and in no way reflect those of my employer.
