Does anyone know of a reason for a process which is niced to a given level
to creep back to 0?  This is on some suns we have here on campus.  Someone
asked me this, and I couldn't believe it!  Has anyone ever seen this?  
Any clues on what would cause this.  I know that nice (and renice) stay
at the level (+ or -) I put them on our BSD machines (what I normally use).
