I added the line
        delete {linus!utzoo} 
to my local paths/goofy file.

I added the lines
        delete {uiucdcs!sq}
        uiucdcs <sq>(HOURLY), sq(DEAD)
to prevent sq from being a general-purpose relay.

And that's how it stands now.

I also added the lines
        lsuc <mnetor>(DAILY)
        dciem <mnetor>(DAILY)
to ensure a route of some sort to mnetor.

The only two hosts that look to be stranded are 
cxintg and motto; since they're both Motorola sites,
I guess that I don't care that their paths run through
mnetor.
