When converting certain numbers INGRES introduces a colon on output of the
MONEY conversion function.

EG.	


retrieve(test=money("134707000"))

|--------------------|
|       $13470699:.00|
|--------------------|
(1 row)

The error happens on many numbers with 9 digits, with the last 3 being 0's.

Our Ingres Version is "INGRES OSx Release 5.0/04 (pyr.u42/02)".

We would like to know the explanation for the error and what versions of the
Commercial INGRES have it.  It would also be nice to know if it is a reported
bug and what numbers are affected.
