I apologize if this has been asked before and if this isn't really the
appropriate news group, but I figured...  Does the latest GNU EMACS
release include the GNU C compiler (whatever *it* may be called)?  I'm
trying to track down the compiler for a friend, and myself - both to
be run on a VMS system.
