Does anyone here have the "Computer Language" issue that contains an
article on exceptions in C++?  I think it is in the May or June issues.
I would like to borrow the article.

(Note: that is "Computer Language", the glossy magazine, not "Computer
Languages", the red-and-white journal with the Tower of Babel on the cover.)
