If I have not heard from Eric (from which I have posted several direct mail pieces over the past two weeks) by this weekend, I will prepare a test 2.1 and place it on my machine. The testers will then have a short time to get it and verify it compiles cleanly on their machines. If all goes well, I will send it to Rich Salz for distribution. 2.1 will contain only bug fixes and portability issues. All patches posted for new features, including the ones I sent to the mailing list, will be kept for 2.2 which will start immediately after 2.1 is released. -- ===================================================================== Sydney S.
