  Since I had so much trouble getting mh-6.6.tar.Z from louie.udel.edu
(and in fact was forced to go to uunet.uu.net for it), I've left a copy on
cs.ucla.edu:~ftp/pub.  This is an unchanged and unmodified copy of what's
on uunet.  I can't say how long it will remain on cs, but it's there free
for the taking until some system-type removes it.
