There is no need for a.b.c.d.e to be "known to" anybody (except as an
optimization) except for _the authority for the SOA which contains the
data for a.b.c.d.e_ ... this need not bear any resemblence to that
label. It may in fact be "known as" h.i.j.k ...

With the way things are defined (anybody wanna give this guy a set of
the relevant RFC's?), the above statement does not need to be made.
You may as well say "no one needs to know your name except he who gave
it to you, in the place where it's *defined*" ...
