This whole business of rights is getting out of hand.

With what goal in mind does a site agree to be a mail relay?  Is that
goal furthered or not if that site also does rerouting?  These are the
questions that are relevant.

The statement "don't reroute" should be taken to mean "don't exercise
your right to reroute".

Which is a different kettle of fish.
