  I have tried writing individually to most of those who replied
to my MACH newsletter inquiry. Many of them also asked how to
get MACH. I was making a lot of replies and getting a lot of
mail bounced back. Here's the scoop:

  MACH is free. CMU distributes documentation but they don't
want to distribute MACH itself apparently. They will tell you
