Subject: 1.3 upgrade / unresolved externals

The STDIO.H has changed some definitions:

#define putc(f)   fputc(f)
#define getc(f)   fgetc(f)

I got error messages when compiling some of the 1.3 commands
I've got the unresolved external messages to _fgetc(f), _fputc(f).

Where is the _fputc and _fgetc stuff ? Could anyone help ?
