NEWSINPUT: Sometimes the "newsinput" program of the NOTES system
           runs into problems. It seems that newsinput cannot
           parse some of the header lines. We will try to fix
           this in the next weeks ...
           The problem occurs on some alt- and bitnet-ngs (here
           in Germany).
