When this occured, a severe problem developed with our DECNET link to the sister computer, a PDP-11/70 running RSTS V8.06 (I think). Bascially, networking from the PDP to the VAX works fine - as it always has. However, networking over from the VMS to the PDP no longer can be done. Due to the limited use of the DECNET, the administrator is not actively seeking a way to get it fully running again, but he wouldn't mind it, of course. Anyway, does anyone know of a quirk that would show up due to the expansion of the two different DECNET phases? I believe the PDP is running Phase II and the VMS is running Phase IV, but I could be mistaken, of course. Any help or pointers any one can provide will be greatly appreciated, of course! -- Chad Gibbons | System addresses: 1750 N.
