I'll happily take any clues or plain rumors. I searched INFONETS LOG88* here and found one entry on July 3 referring to the AS/400 and the 5250 API use to connect PCs. There are none in "full node" status on BITNET, EARN or NetNorth -- but that certainly doesn't mean there's none which don't have some sort of access.
