I have a slight problem with Manx's SDB. When I have a program loaded in SDB
 in source mode, (program loaded from ram:), and try to resave the program
from my text editor (say, after correcting an error SDB helped me find), the
editor can't because SDB has a hold (lock?) on it, presumably. Can I unload
the program from SDB without exiting SDB, or somehow get around this problem?
