I'm trying to find out if there is a PD/Commercial utility to merge
two fonts and create a third one.  For example I'd like to take characters
0-127 from one, 128-255 from the second one and create the third one
as the combination of the two.  I don't recall seeing anything like
that in the Fish Disks, but I might be wrong.
