How can I get access to the RGB values of the individual pixels
in a 24-plane bitmap? The page in the GPR manual for the GPR_$READ_PIXELS
call states that the call will not work for "imaging formats". I'm
writing a program which dumps the contents of a GPR bitmap into an
unformatted binary data file so that the bitmap file can be shipped
to another system. I'd like to be able to handle 24-plane bitmaps
in addition to 4 and 8 plane psuedo-color bitmaps.
